2. Check your device
Moly IPTV works on supported smart TVs, Android TV, Fire TV, Apple TV, phones, tablets, and computers. Confirm your model on the devices page if you are unsure.
3. Install a compatible player
On a TV or streaming stick, install a player that can load the login method or playlist you were given. On a phone, tablet, or computer, use a supported app or browser player if one is provided.
4. Enter your access details
Add the username, playlist, or code from your welcome message. Keep those details private. Do not share them on public forums.
5. Test live TV first
Open a live channel before you browse movies. If the picture does not load, check your internet connection, try another player, and contact support with the device name.
If setup does not work
Most issues come from an unsupported player, a weak connection, or details entered incorrectly. Include your device model and what you see on screen when you write to us. We cannot promise a fix for every television, but we can tell you whether that platform is supported.
